eLitmus Referral Program

Referee Type	Referral Amount
Referees who have paid full pH test fee	Eligible for 100% of the “Referral Reward”
Other referees	Eligible for 50% of the “Referral Reward”

Only select jobs published on www.elitmus.com/jobs will have following field (In the job ad)
- “Referral Reward” and detailed Referral Program mentioned in each job ad
The candidate whom you are referring needs to write either your eLitmus candidate ID (7 digit number) or your eLitmus registered email-Id as referral code while applying to the job

Only jobs with the field to capture referral details (“Enter eLitmus ID (7 digit number of candidate who has referred you”) are covered under this referral program.

Only eLitmus users registered before the respective job ad going live on eLitmus website can be referees.
“Referral Reward” as mentioned in job ad will be transferred to the bank account of referee post applicable taxes.
Any reward will be subject to referred candidates completing 180 days of service with the company (unless stated otherwise in the job ad).
To be eligible for 100% of the “Referral Reward”, referee needs to be a full fee paid pH test taker before referring any candidate(s).
All the rewards earned in a calendar month will be processed in the second week of the subsequent month.
All decisions of eLitmus Evaluation Private Limited will be final.
Employees or relatives of eLitmus Evaluation Private Limited cannot participate in this program.
Prior to actual reward payout towards any successful referral(s), referee needs to mandatorily submit a testimonial of the referral program in the format requested by eLitmus (video interview / written content etc.)
