Our team believes in solving real business problems by using innovative and cutting edge technologies.

Here are couple of examples of the kind of projects we work on:

- Face recognition & matching systems to detect impersonation cases
- Machine Learning systems to detect candidates who guess or copy answers in pH test

We make use of many opensource thechnologies - Ruby on Rails, Javascript, Sphinx search, MySQL, Git, Java, php happen to be some of them.


What are we looking for:

- You will actually have to use your brain on daily basis which means we require guys with high IQ and fundamentally strong in algorithms

- Besides being excellent in technology we expect you to understand business and come up with technology led innovations which enables the business to win over competition (this has been a signifcant USP of elitmus)

- Preferable to have prior experience in developing web related applications

- Preferable to have exposure to enterprise grade software
 

Job description:

Collaborate and lead in the design and development of systems, tools, and processes that support the creation and delivery of application features.

Work with other engineers to establish team-wide practices and procedures, and work with individuals and component teams to teach, encourage, and review both implementation and overall code quality.
