• Details the test evidence with steps, screenshots, and logs to raise defects with appropriate severity and urgency.

• Good knowledge of test management tools like HP QC or ALM, Microsoft Test Manager or Rational Quality Manager etc.

• Good knowledge of defect management tool like HP QC or ALM, Team Foundation Server, Jira or Bugzilla etc.
