Job description:
- Very good communication skills
- Willingness to work in US shift (night shift)
- Should be passionate about selling IT services
- Learn the technical details of the services we provide and explain to prospective clients in a convincing manner
- Cold calling, generate high-quality sales leads and follow up until final closure
- Set and achieve sales goals and quotas
- Self-motivated, team player, constantly looks out for leads that can be converted into sales
- Innovative and willing to take steps outside the traditional ways of lead procurement
Note:
- Candidates will undergo an initial training for 6 months. During this training (probation period) stipend will be 9K per month. Post successful completion of training / based on performance above mentaioned CTC is applicable.
