Job Roles & Description : 

Role 1 - Operation Associate

• Responsible for finding, reviewing and analyzing vendors
• Ensuring smooth flow of operations through optimized delivery solutions and communicating with all stakeholders
• Vendor Management and follow up
• Conduct market research for unique plants and garden accessories
• Vendor assessment and selection based on uniqueness, price, quality, and degree of responsiveness
• Identifying and negotiating with logistics providers and vendors for quick and quality services
• Customer Relationship Management
• Grooming Operation Executives
• Inventory Management

Role 2 - Marketing Associate

• Expected to develop key relationships with organisations and prospective customers
• Creating and publishing content for users including articles, blog posts, marketing emails, website content, infographics content
• Executing social media marketing across various channels
• Analysing latest trends in home and garden industry for updating our catalogue
• Exploring institutional sales opportunities
• Requirement Gathering for various projects
• Generating revenue through digital marketing and improving website performance, would be an add-on
