You will bring:

• Strong OOP and Agile development experience
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge in Python, Java, or Shell scripting.
• Foundational understanding or willingness to learn about:
  • Automation tools to simplify workflows.
  • Mainframe systems and their role in enterprise operations.
  • Monitoring and observability tools like Grafana, Splunk
  • Technology Critical Applications Monitoring and Incident Management
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication.

Note:  

• Apprenticeship duration is 12 months (conversion to permanent employment on the basis of performance and conduct).
• Stipend during apprenticeship will be ₹60000 per month.
• Shift Timings: 8am to 5pm IST  (Need to be flexible to work in shifts and 24*7 support model)
• Work Model: Hybrid/Full Time

The selection process will be conducted in person in the NCR. Therefore, shortlisted candidates should be willing to travel to the NCR to participate.
