What are we looking for:

A passionate Associate Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Full-stack, or Python development. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, thrives in a collaborative environment, and contributes to building scalable, high-quality software products.

Eligibility:

• BE/BTech  - 2026 batch 
• Good Academics
  • Graduation percentage/CGPA > 60/6.0
• Excellent pH score - What is the eLitmus pH test?
• Your college should allow you for 6 months internship at company's premises
   

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Contribute in design, development, and testing of application
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following standard coding practices
• Debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues in existing applications to improve performance and stability
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to store, retrieve, and manage data effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and contribute to software design discussions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Learn and apply new frameworks, tools, and technologies to enhance development efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation of code changes, modules, and project updates.
   

Qualification: 

• Strong understanding of building applications with either - Python, Java, Node
• Good understanding of Python libraries, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Basic knowledge of Restful API s, and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with a passion for learning new technologies.

Compensation Details: 

1. During internship the stipend will be ₹ 15,000.
2. Upon successful completion of intern, based on the performance and availability of positions, the full-time CTC will be approx ₹5.5-6.5 Lakhs
